Shallis Concrete Cutting were successful in tendering on the concrete cutting required at the Samson Brook Dam for the Water Corporation. Situated approximately 2 hours south of the Perth CBD.
The extent of the work included both the use of our wall saw & wire saw.
Wire set up and cutting around concrete encased 900mm steel pipe.

The wall saw was required to remove thick concrete walls at the up stream area of the dam to allow for access to the pipes running through the dam.
The wire saw was needed at the down stream area of the dam to cut around a very large section of concrete, which encased two steel pipes.
